When you apply for a lease or for financing, the credit application requires that you provide personal information, including your name, address, telephone number, employment information, driver's license number, social security number, and certain financial information. 

We understand that the information you provide to us is sensitive and we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect your personal information.

In order to secure credit for you, we may share your information with our affiliated companies and with financial institutions.  We also may request a consumer credit report in connection with your application for credit.

As part of the sales and titling process, we provide your personal information to vehicle manufacturers and to the appropriate state gonvernment offices.  We do not share your personal information with other non-affiliated third parties, except for the limited purposes permitted by law, including disclosures related to servicing or processing a transaction, fraud protection, compliance with law enforcement, or pursuant to other laws or regulations.

We may share your information with our affiliated companies to market our products or services to you. In certain circumstances, we may share information with non-affiliated third parties who provide marketing services for us. These third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations that prohibit the use or disclosure of the information for any purposes other than the services provided for us.
